Kobe beef

Kobegyu is the most famous of Japan's famed Wagyu beef.
The combination of the fine, delicately sweet red meat and the flavor and aroma of the fat is the ultimate in gourmet food, and has made fans of celebrities the world over.
Kobe Beef refers to Tajima Beef which meets strict standards established by the Kobe Beef Marketing & Distribution Promotion Association that include the degree of marbling or carcass weight.
The main characteristic of Kobe Beef is the extremely fine and marbled meat which delivers the outstandingly soft and juicy texture. Try steak, shabu shabu or sukiyaki at Kobe Beef Marketing & Distribution Promotion Association-designated and registered restaurants.
